I. CLIMATE
Meteorological data shown in the tables are
those recorded at the meteorological stations and rainfall
stations of the Department of Meteorology and Hydrology.
Rainfall
Actual rainfall is recorded each day at 9:30 hours
Myanmar Standard Time, throughout the country. The monthly
rainfall is the average rainfall in millimeters for the past
10 years.
Temperature and Humidity
Temperature and humidity readings are taken
at the observatories twice a day at 9:30 hours and 18:30 hours
Myanmar Standard Time. The monthly data is the average of
the mean temperature for the past 10 years.
