For this system, I will give it a perfect 10 or my home gym review.
Out of all the three types of home gym, I would highly recommend a home gym that rely on resistance bands. For me, it is the most effective and any person will be able to use it no matter what their fitness level is. If you are worried about injuries, don’t be as there has been no injuries on resistance band and it is long lasting.
